  • Need prepare meals and follow establishment recipes.
  • Responsible to prepare ingredients and adhering to the restaurant menu.
  • Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff
  • To prepare authentic Chettinad cuisine, all varieties of Biryani
  • Experience in South Indian varieties of food – Prata, Idly, Dosa, Varieties rice, appam, pakora, vadai, all varieties of Chutney
  • Responsible to deliver food in a fast-paced as per customer requirement.
  • Willing to work in any shifts and rotational weekly offs.
  • Need to follow food health and safety procedures.
