Full Time Governance and Project Controls Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 8,300 in UARROW PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Manage complex IT portfolio controls covering financial governance,resource capacity, delivery assurance, enterprise risk and audit compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Govern project budgets, forecasting, cost variances and portfolio KPIs.
• Optimise resource allocation, capacity planning and integrated project schedules.
• Manage RAID registers, vendor contracts, dependencies and change controls.
• Oversee Agile/Waterfall delivery, SIT/UAT, release readiness and implementation tracking.
• Produce executive dashboards, audit evidence and automated PMO reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT project management or PMO governance experience.
• Strong expertise in financial controls, resource forecasting, RAID management and vendor governance.
• Hands-on proficiency in MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence and advanced Excel automation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall delivery, audit controls and senior stakeholder reporting.
