Full Time Bartender Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 + additional compensation in Arbell Hospitality WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines

Take drink orders directly from guest or via service crew, confirming preferences and any allergy/dietary considerations

Maintain full knowledge of the beverage menu, including seasonal specials, promotions, and ingredient substitutions

Set up and break down the bar station before and after each shift, including stocking, garnish prep, and equipment checks

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible beverage service at all times, in line with local licensing regulations

Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately; reconcile the bar float at the end of each shift

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, glassware, and equipment in line with SOPs and food safety regulations

Manage stock levels — track usage, report shortages, and assist with inventory counts and stock requisitions

Build rapport with guests to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits

Work closely with servers, floor runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, coordinated service

Report any equipment faults, safety hazards, or incidents to the Bar Supervisor / Assistant Manager promptly

Support training of new bar staff or trial candidates as required
