Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field

Strong organisational and coordination skills with good attention to detail

Good command of spoken and written English

Responsible, punctual and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Professional and patient when dealing with clients, trainers and participants

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Comfortable using Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex

1–2 years of experience in training operations, event coordination or a similar role is an advantage

Knowledge of SIDC, FIMM or HRD Corp requirements is an advantage

Confidence in conducting or facilitating training is an advantage

Manage the end-to-end operations of training programmes, including schedules, venues, participants, trainers and training materials

Coordinate with clients, trainers and participants to ensure smooth programme delivery and service quality

Manage training administration and ensure compliance with SIDC, FIMM and HRD Corp requirements

Provide operational and technical support during training programmes and to Doshu e-learning platform users

Source and coordinate suitable trainers based on programme requirements

Assist in developing training directories and other operational requirements

Support the company's overall operations when required
