Full Time Assistant Town Planner-Town Planner Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in WEDRINK PRIMA SAUJANA KAJANG Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior town planners to develop and implement comprehensive town planning strategies.
• Participate in preparing documents and plans for submission to local authorities and technical departments.
• Liaise with local authorities, technical departments and other stakeholders.
• Support in the review and assessment of development proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Prepare and assist in drafting layout plans for residential, commercial, and industrial developments using AutoCAD
• Support Town Planners in preparing drawings and documents for submission to Authorities
• Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure compliance with planning guidelines and regulations, including Kanun Tanah Negara (KTN)
• Maintain organized records of planning drawings and related documentation

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Town Planning
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply
• At least 1-year experience within the town planning field
• Excellence in AutoCAD
• Experienced in preparing layouts and follow up with local authorities and technical departments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate and motivated. High willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
