We are looking for a skilled and passionate individual to join our chocolate dessert team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare chocolate-based desserts and confectionery.
• Handle chocolate tempering, moulding and decoration.
• Prepare ganache, mousse, praline and other chocolate components.
• Follow recipes and maintain product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.

Requirements

• Experience in chocolate, pastry or dessert production preferred.
• Basic knowledge of chocolate handling and tempering.
• Good attention to detail.
• Responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work well in a team.
