The job in one line

A technician repairs the appliance. Quality control checks that it works. You clean it before it goes back to the customer.

What you will clean

Robot vacuums, wet & dry vacuums, and stick vacuums. Brands like Dreame, Xiaomi, and Levoit.

What you will do every day

• Take appliances that have passed the repair and quality checks, and clean the outside and removable parts.
• Check for dust, dirt, stains, and water marks. Make sure each appliance looks clean before sending it out.
• Use the right cleaning methods. Keep water away from sensors, motors, and other parts that must stay dry.
• Flag any damage or missing parts you notice, and keep your cleaning area and tools organised.

That is the job. You will not be asked to repair appliances.

What we are looking for

• You are careful with your hands and pay attention to small details.
• You can follow cleaning instructions and handle customers’ appliances with care.
• You work at a steady pace and finish the units assigned to you.
• You speak up when you notice a problem instead of sending the appliance out as it is.
• Cleaning experience is helpful, but not required. We will train you.

Who's there to support you?

Do not worry! Everything starts with training where your senior will guide you through our products information and internal communication process flow.

After the onboarding training session, you will be guided by your team lead starting from day-one; you're not doing this alone! He will also be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work-related matters.

You will be involved in various internal sharing sessions about the latest info on new product launches and updates on recent challenges.
