Full Time Finance Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in CHAN BROTHERS TRAVEL (PTE) LIMITED Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Handle daily operational AP/ AR / GL tasks including verifying, invoicing, payment, receipts, staff claims, and others
• Perform Monthly Reconciliation
• Generate statements of accounts for the respective departments and customers
• Assist in preparation of monthly and ad hoc reports and audit schedules
• Assist with monthly financial closing and ensure responsible accounting entries are properly, timely and accurately updated
• Perform general bookkeeping, prepare quarterly GST return and handle full sets of accounts
• Perform other supporting functions within the Finance Department
• Perform other duties to be assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, ACCA, AAT or other professional accounting qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with hands-on accounting experience.
• Self-motivated, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates who are available immediately or at short notice, with relevant working experience, will have an advantage.
