Full Time Junior Clerk Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Linergy Power Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Requirement

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• College degree or above.

• Diligent in work, meticulous and conscientious, with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Proficient in operating office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to proactively solve problems.

Working Hours

• Work from Monday – Friday.

• Normal working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Normal working time with overtime requirements.

• Procedure handling: Assist new employees with onboarding/offboarding procedures and on-the-job certification processes.

• Attendance processing: Handling employee attendance anomalies.

• Departmental fund management: Responsible for daily fund management and expense reimbursement of the department.

• Material management: Coordinate the collection, distribution, and inventory management of labor protection supplies, stationery, and other materials to ensure timely supply.

• Logistics support: Various departments provide logistics support such as information collection and communication, booking travel itineraries, and coordinating meetings.

• Other tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
