About the Roles

Join a General Wholesale Trade company as an Accounts Executive based at Pandan Avenue (West), with a permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:15pm. This role offers a competitive package of up to $3,500 basic salary, along with AWS and performance bonus, while providing the opportunity to manage a full spectrum of accounting functions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the full set of accounts, covering Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, financial reports, and support month-end closing activities.
• Monitor company cash flow to ensure effective financial management.
• Record and maintain financial transactions accurately and promptly.
• Organise and maintain proper accounting records with relevant supporting documents.
• Handle other ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prior experience handling full set accounts is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Candidates who are able to commence work immediately will have an advantage.
