Full Time Special Event Executive Jobs, in F & N Beverages Marketing Sarawak - Maukerja

We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Special Event Executive to lead and oversee our on-ground brand presence. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, executing high-energy field activities, experiential marketing campaigns, and direct-to-consumer sales. The ideal candidate is a proactive go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses excellent ground-execution skills, and can seamlessly transition between event management and active sales generation.

Responsibilities

• Event Execution & Management: Lead the ground execution of all special events, ensuring high brand visibility, smooth logistics, and strict compliance with brand standards.
• School & Community Activation: Plan and execute engaging activities within schools and local communities to build strong grassroots brand awareness and connection.
• Sampling & Product Selling: Drive experiential marketing through product sampling campaigns and boost revenue via active, direct-to-consumer product selling during events.
• Proactive Ground Activation: Identify and execute spontaneous activation opportunities at high-traffic areas, local bazaars, or traditional markets during off-peak event periods.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a relevant field.
• Experience: Proven professional experience in event execution, field marketing, brand activation, or direct sales roles.
• Presentation Skills: Strong strategic presentation skills with the ability to pitch brand concepts to external stakeholders and report insights to management.
• Mindset: Highly energetic, adaptive, and sales-driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends, to match event schedules.
