• Experience dealing with external workshops and suppliers.

• Willing to travel regularly to vehicle locations and workshops.

• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driving licence.

• Experience with commercial vehicles is an advantage.

• Ability to perform minor vehicle repairs is an added advantage.

• Work closely with the administrative assistant to maintain complete maintenance and repair records.

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, hands-on Fleet Maintenance & Technical Supervisor to oversee the servicing, repairs and technical condition of approximately 51–100 company vehicles, including passenger cars, MPVs, vans and commercial vehicles.

The role involves investigating drivers' complaints, diagnosing vehicle faults, coordinating external workshops, reviewing repair quotations, verifying replacement parts and conducting regular vehicle inspections.

The successful candidate will be supported by an administrative assistant for documentation, maintenance records and reporting.
