Responsibilities
Job Summary
Support school departments by preparing teaching materials, managing resources, and assisting with lab lessons and school activities to ensure smooth educational operations.
Responsibilities
Prepare teaching materials and learning resources to support school departments, including MOE Kindergarten, enhancing educational delivery
Provide administrative and logistical support for school activities, examinations, orientations, and events to ensure efficient operations
Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records to manage school resources effectively
Support Gastro Lab lessons by maintaining laboratory cleanliness and assisting teachers with lesson-related activities
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiently to create documents, reports, and presentations for school use
Communicate clearly and provide customer service to support school staff and activities
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines and support school operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
GCE N-Level qualification or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in resource planning and office administration, preferably in a school environment
Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 certification

Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
