Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised team member to handle accounts receivable, credit control, quotation preparation, accounting support, and general administrative duties, and who is familiar with the
construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable (AR), monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
Perform credit control and maintain accurate customer payment records.
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders and other sales documents.
Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, accounts reconciliation and filing.
Provide administrative support, maintain records and assist with daily office operations.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
Minimum N/O-Level qualification; accounting or business-related qualifications are an advantage.
Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts, credit control or administration.
Basic knowledge of accounting procedures, invoicing, and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Meticulous, responsible, organised and able to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
