Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma or equivalent.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

• Good follow-up skills and ability to work towards targets.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in education counselling, sales, or student recruitment will be an advantage

• Provide educational advice and guidance to prospective students on courses and programmes offered by the institution.

• Handle student enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the application and enrolment process.

• Assist students with application forms and the required supporting documents.

• Achieve student recruitment targets set by the management.

• Maintain accurate student records and follow up on prospective student leads.

• Participate in education fairs, promotional activities, and student recruitment events.
