They are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist for one of their main business unit focused on developing and delivering surgical tools, joint implants, and robotic systems to restore patient mobility. About The Job

Reports to : Regional Marketing Manager

Location: Klang Valley

Mode: Hybrid

Intake : Oct - Nov

• Direct multi-channel commercial strategies, messaging, and product positioning for hip and knee portfolios and robotic surgical technologies.
• Partner with leading orthopedic surgeons, hospital administration, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive adoption of robotic systems and implant technologies.
• Collaborate closely with Field Sales teams, R&D, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to launch new products and align marketing tools with field execution needs.
• Analyze orthopedic market trends, competitor activity, and health economics data to forecast growth and capture competitive market share.
  
  

About The Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field paired with 3–5+ years of medical device marketing or clinical sales experience.
• Solid working knowledge of the Orthopeadics market.
• Proven track record of launching downstream commercial products, managing marketing budgets, and leveraging data analytics for go-to-market strategies.
• Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, field sales, and orthopedic surgeons.
