Responsibilities
1. Aligning Financial Strategy with Company Strategy
The CFO needs to develop a financial strategy based on the overall company goals, analyze how strategic initiatives affect funding needs and cash flow, assess the long-term impact of industry trends and market dynamics on financial health, and provide decision-making support for management.
2. Budgeting and Management Control
Responsible for organizing the preparation of the annual comprehensive financial plan, establishing a sound financial accounting system and management policies, monitoring budget execution, conducting cost forecasting, control, accounting, and analysis, and ensuring financial targets are met.
3. Investment, Financing, and Capital Operations
Oversee the company’s daily cash management, explore financing channels, plan financing projects, participate in investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions, and financial evaluation of new product development, optimize capital structure and allocation, and promote the company's IPO and equity operations.
