Full Time Production Planning-Supply Chain Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Chillijobs Selangor - Maukerja

Opening with a frozen food (pastry products) manufacturer in Pulau Indah.

PRODUCTION PLANNING / SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and maintain the production schedule based on sales orders, inventory levels, and capacity.

2. Coordinate with purchasing, production, QAQC teams to ensure materials availability and smooth workflow.

3. Monitor production progress and adjust plans when delays or issues occur.

4. Review and analyze production data, i.e. output rates, downtime, and capacity utilization.

5. Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines and communicate any schedule changes to relevant departments.

6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

7. Work closely with QAQC to ensure production meets quality standards.

8. Support in audit activities.

9. Perform any ad-hoc tasks assign by Supervisor or Management as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Production Management or any relevant field

2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling (Food Manufacturing/FMCG environment preferred).

3. Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory management.

4. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5. Ability to work independently and fast pace as and when required.

6. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

7. Willing to work on Alternate Saturday and Public Holiday as and when required.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
