Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan and responsible for day-to-day success of project execution and management of the construction process within budget, meet contractual and safety requirements.
Lead the project team, ie Quantity Surveyor, sub-contractor,etc to ensure timely delivery of project within budget, quality including defining clear roles and responsibilities.
Review all needful documents like drawing, BOQ, method statement, safety documents etc including maintaining documentation and records
Establishes project execution plan in conjunction with the Operations Director
Conduct all risk management and oversee all HSE checks, reports and incidents
Submit weekly progress report, update any site work etc
Installation/ replacement/ repair works of pumps, control panels, plumbing and sanitary works.
Be proactive, share technical knowledge and experience with team for improvement.
Assist Management with a range of other dutiesas may be required from time to time
