Job Responsibilities:

·       Gather and document Regulatory Operations requirements, mapping upstream and downstream trade booking impacts across relevant systems.

·       Execute test scripts and perform basic reconciliations to validate the accuracy and completeness of regulatory reporting data.

·       Identify, document and track testing defects and data discrepancies, coordinating with Technology teams for timely resolution.

·       Prepare project status updates, maintain action logs and develop briefing materials for relevant stakeholders.

·       Coordinate project deliverables and testing activities across Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams.

·       Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides and cutover checklists to facilitate smooth transition and BAU handover.

·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
