Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

  • Handling incoming calls and walk-in inquiry of ATTC information.
  • Receiving incoming emails, payment, and updating of BCA Attendance Management System (AMS) for test registration.
  • Arrange and monitor trainers training schedule/ testing schedule
  • Follow up closely and remind clients for training & testing schedule
  • Filing of all registration records
  • Issue tax invoice to clients and tabulate monthly summary and reports
  • Submission of WTU Funding
