Role Description The AI Video Editor / Admin & IT Support Officer is a full-time remote role responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing video content using AI-assisted tools and standard video production workflows. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, applying color grading, motion graphics, and visual enhancements, and ensuring brand consistency across digital assets. The role also involves providing administrative and IT support, such as coordinating project files, maintaining digital asset libraries, troubleshooting basic software and hardware issues, and assisting with system updates and documentation. The individual will collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members to produce clear, engaging content that supports internal initiatives and client-facing communication. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to manage end-to-end video projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and professional-quality output.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements and overlays.
• Experience using AI-powered video editing tools and familiarity with common editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Strong technical aptitude for basic IT support, including software installation, system troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting processes.
• Relevant education or training in media production, IT, computer science, design, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
