Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and company-provided leads.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel extensively for business purposes.
