Job Summary

Responsible for developing sales opportunities within the frozen food segment by identifying and approaching potential customers, including central kitchens, catering companies, and restaurants, to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in the frozen food segment, including central kitchens, catering companies, and restaurants.
• Promote and introduce the company’s frozen food products to potential customers.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer feedback.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, preferably in frozen food, food service, or the F&B industry.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
• Strong knowledge of meat products, cuts, and industry standards is an added advantage.
