JOB SCOPE

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Introduce & promote company products/services
• Handle customer enquiries professionally
• Follow up with interested customers
• Leads will be given and support sales
• Maintain customer information & call records
• Achieve daily/monthly KPI
• Work closely with the marketing & sales team

REQUIREMENTS

Malaysian citizen

Minimum SPM / equivalent

Good communication skills

Confident & comfortable speaking on the phone

Positive attitude & willing to learn

Responsible, punctual & team player

Fresh graduates are welcome!

No experience? No worries, training will be provided!
