We are seeking a motivated Product Development Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced semiconductor and optical device technologies, collaborating across functions to drive product innovation and quality improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead product development activities, ensuring smooth integration of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Conduct yield and failure analysis to identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Optimize test parameters and specifications to enhance device performance and reliability.
• Perform data-driven analysis using Excel, Python, and other tools to monitor trends and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process, design, and test engineers to resolve technical challenges.
• Support customer requirements by addressing technical issues, driving quality improvements, and contributing to reliability validation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in yield management, test optimization, and product engineering.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and solve engineering problems.
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including concept exploration, feasibility studies, and technology evaluation.
• Background in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines, with understanding of materials, thermal management, and structural design.
• Hands-on experience in Product Development, including lifecycle management from concept through prototyping to production.
• Skills in Product Design, including creating specifications, reviewing drawings, and collaborating with design and fabrication teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related field).
• Familiarity with semiconductor or optoelectronic devices, advanced packaging, or lidar/data communication systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAE tools and standard engineering software, along with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
