Requirements
Experience in opening durians and handling different durian varieties.
Skilled in using durian knives safely and efficiently.
Able to identify durian ripeness and quality.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene.
Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
Good communication skills and able to assist customers in selecting durians.
Candidates with relevant working experience will be given priority.
Responsibilities
Open durians and remove the flesh carefully.
Check durian quality and ensure the flesh is fresh.
Pack durian flesh properly for sale.
Keep the working area and tools clean and hygienic.
Assist customers with durian selection and provide basic product information.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
