Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in spoken and written English and able to speak multiple languages is an added advantage
- Prior experience will be an added advantage
- Presentable outlook with pleasant personalities
- Ability to work in team with good sense of responsibility and commitment
Responsibilities
- Able to take orders and serves food and beverage to customer accordingly
- Able to handle customers’ enquiries and complaints in courteous and efficient manner
- Make recommendation on specials and menu changes
- Ensure customers satisfaction level towards food and services
