INTERNSHIP BUSINESS ADMIN HR - NOV 2026

Location: Street Mall, One South Seri Kembangan

Public Transport : (Serdang Jaya MRT station)

Industry: Homestay / Property Management

Working Days: Monday – Friday

9:30am-6:30pm

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and company events.
• Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Oversee daily executions of HR & Admin tasks and routines
• Coordinate and assist with office activities and operations
• Execute administrative tasks to ensure everything is up to date
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.)
• Manage office inventory and monthly supplies procurement
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Perform other administrative and HR tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to learn and work in a team environment.
