Intern, Policy Development and Evaluation jobs in Verian Group - Maukerja

Verian is looking for a candidate to join our Policy Development & Evaluation team for an internship.

Responsibilities:

• Support quantitative and qualitative research, including in-depth interviews, participant observations and surveys
• Conduct reviews of academic literature, as well as trends and social media scans
• Support the team’s work in policy development and evaluation, including liaising with stakeholders to collect and report relevant data
• Assist with preparation of reports, proposals and presentations
• Proactively manage proposals and projects’ timelines and deliverables
• Assisting in any relevant research and analysis work as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Passionate about Behaviour change, Policy development and evaluation within the social and government space
• Interest in public sector issues and desire to make a positive social impact
• Ambidextrous thinker who is comfortable with data but also able to think laterally and creatively
• A natural problem-solver who is self-motivated and has a passion for learning
• Organised, meticulous, deadline driven and able to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Currently resides and able to work in Singapore
• Able to start immediately – part-time (2-3 days a week) or full-time (5 days a week), for at least 3-5 months
