Job Summary
The technical role is responsible for supporting print system interaction and requires a solid system-level understanding of the factors that affect print quality and customer experience. This includes leading projects related to regulatory requirements, high revenue generation, market access, and market share protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to understand and evaluate the system-level performance of inkjet printers.

• Apply solid systems-thinking methodology to optimize print system performance.

• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders on project progress, risks, and alignment.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or graduate degree in Engineering or another related discipline, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Typically has five years of work experience, preferably in system interaction understanding or a related field.
