We are looking for a Telemarketing Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.

As a Telemarketing Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through telephone communication, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and following up with customers to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to existing customers.

* Contact customers to introduce and recommend suitable products based on their needs.

* Explain product features, benefits, promotions and available packages.

* Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp when required.

* Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional customer service.

* Record and update customer information and sales activities.

* Achieve individual and team sales targets.

* Participate in company training, coaching and team development activities.

Requirements

* Minimum SPM qualification.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Candidates without sales or telemarketing experience are welcome.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

* Able to work independently as well as within a team.
