Role

Armani Group, an established property development group, is seeking an experienced professional to head its Quantity Surveying Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Quantity Surveying Department.
• Ensure timely issuance of progress billings and claims.
• Monitor construction progress and project timelines.
• Review project costing, budgets and cost control.
• Oversee tendering, procurement and contract administration.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in property development and construction.
• Strong leadership and cost management skills.
