Full Time Ads Marketing Product Storyteller Jobs, in Salt - Maukerja

Salt Talent Search is looking for Ads Marketing Product Storyteller for a 6 months extendable contract role.

What Will You Do:

• Partner with Market Activation, Sales and Measurement to translate product capabilities into positioning, messaging, and narratives that connect clearly with clients core advertising proposition to drive market understanding and product adoption.
• Produce compelling, market-facing collateral for new and existing ad products geared towards external audiences.
• Collaborate across Comms, Brand and Ads Marketing to ensure consistency in brand, product and portfolio level positioning across channels.
• Gather feedback from Market Activation to sharpen positioning and inform storytelling.
• Support vertical (i.e: CPG, Auto, Retail, etc), key industry dates (i.e: BlackFriday, Back to School) and tentpole initiatives (i.e: CES, Upfronts, Cannes, etc) with narrative frameworks, presentations, and assets that showcase our products to advertisers.
• Build strong relationships with Sales and Account Management to understand advertiser needs on the ground and translate them into product marketing priorities.
• You will oversee narratives and storytelling for UCAN (US and Canada) and LATAM markets.

What Will You Need:

• 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or marketing communications, ideally within advertising, media, or technology.
• Excellent storytelling and writing skills, with a track record of turning technical or complex product details into clear, compelling narratives for a B2B audience.
• Experience developing marketing and sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies) for advertisers or agencies.
• Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Measurement, and Comms to align on positioning and messaging.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple narratives and launches simultaneously under tight timelines.
• Proven ability to work across multiple countries, time zones, and cultures in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
