Full Time Clinic Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in Medinex Limited - Maukerja

The Clinic Manager will ensure the smooth daily running of a specialist dermatologist clinic. He/ she will be working closely with senior management.

Job Description

Ensure smooth daily operation flow, including logistics, supplies, equipment, stock, etc

Participate in continuous quality improvement

Review and ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements

Oversight of staff

Provide leadership, support, and guidance to all staff within the clinic

Assist in administrative work such as insurance documentation/claims, upkeeping of patient data, billings, and invoices

Manage the inventory of medication, consumables, and equipment including ordering, stock taking

Counter duties and front desk management

Handle and troubleshoot patient feedback

Reporting to senior management

Carrying out any other duties related to the functioning of the clinic as required or directed

Job Requirements

At least 2-3 years of managerial/supervisor experience, preferred

Clinic administration and operations experience will be an advantage

Degree/Diploma will be an advantage

Possess good interpersonal and leadership skills

Able to work independently
