Job Title: Part-Time Commission-Based Field Sales Executive – Jeevan Agarbhatti

Jeevan Agarbhatti is looking for experienced, self-motivated field sales professionals to expand our dealer and retailer network in their local regions.

Compensation: ₹100 per carton sold and collected, with earnings increasing according to sales volume. No fixed salary. Travel expenses are borne by the representative.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and wholesale buyers.
• Personally visit prospective customers and develop local markets.
• Negotiate and close orders within company-approved terms.
• Generate repeat orders and maintain dealer relationships.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience.
• FMCG, wholesale, consumer goods, or agarbatti sales experience preferred.
• Existing dealer or retailer contacts are an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently on a part-time basis within the candidate's own region.
