Work type: Manual, high accuracy. Not design or coding.

Purpose:

Run SailPoint access-group and ticket admin, on-site OT security controls, OT asset register accuracy, and simple job aids for end users.

Duties

SailPoint: create and manage access groups, close tickets, follow up on approvers. Facilitate annual access review with all stakeholders. Update relevant SOPs.

Keep group naming, ownership and membership tidy.

OT security on-site: manage removable and portable devices as the designated owner, including maintenance of usage records, conducting routine USB antivirus scans, documenting scan results, and ensuring secure storage and handling of devices.

OT asset list: register new assets, check accuracy, chase owners.

Write job aids for the above and for OT security controls.

Track tickets, scans and asset gaps. Escalate same day. Follow existing SOPs.

Must have

•             Diploma or degree (poly is fine).

•             Careful with repetitive admin.

•             Clear written English for job aids.

•             On-site; walk plant/lab to check devices.

•             Basic IT: tickets, Excel, follow a procedure.

Nice to have (we can train)

•             Sail Point or other IGA/IAM.

•             USB/ removable-media control.

•             Asset register or CMDB.

•             Regulated site.
