Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,800 per month

Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and supervise Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and underground utility installation projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, regulations, and safety standards while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and underground utility installation works to meet project objectives
Monitor daily site activities to track project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
Coordinate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and utility service providers to ensure smooth operations
Read and interpret construction drawings, utility plans, and technical specifications to guide site execution
Assist in preparing project plans, work schedules, method statements, and progress reports to support project management
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, project requirements, and relevant Singapore regulations
Identify and resolve site issues promptly to maintain safety and keep projects on schedule
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, or underground utility works
Ability to understand engineering drawings and site documentation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) or trenchless construction methods
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in construction site environments
Responsible and independent work ethic with willingness to work on construction sites
Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,800 per month
