Randstad is partnering with a renowned MNC fashion brand and looking for an experienced Retail Operations Lead, SEA to drive operational excellence and enhance the customer experience across store network. This role will focus on optimizing store operations, streamlining processes, leveraging technology and data, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Lead the continuous improvement of store operations to deliver a seamless, consistent, and customer-centric omnichannel experience.
• Simplify and standardize store workflows by aligning people, processes, and technology to improve operational efficiency.
• Enhance store performance through effective workload planning, workforce optimization, resource allocation, and the implementation of automation solutions.
• Maximize the use of digital tools, operational data, and business solutions to improve productivity, performance tracking, and decision-making.
• Analyze customer feedback and operational insights to identify improvement opportunities, resolve service challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen operational capabilities, support change management, coach stakeholders, and ensure consistent execution across the market.
  
  

Requirements

• Solid 5-8 years experience in retail operations, omnichannel operations, process improvement, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of store operations, workforce planning, and operational performance management.
• Experience in driving process standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comfortable using data, digital tools, and technology to support business decisions and improve operational outcomes.
