Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a store or inventory management role.

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and orders.

Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.

Organize and maintain inventory stock in an orderly and accessible manner.

Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.

Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the store and stockroom.

Assist customers with product inquiries and provide information on stock availability.

Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts if required and trained.
