Willing to make sales calls and actively follow up with potential customers

Full-time position based at Jaya One, Petaling Jaya

Follow up with company-provided leads and understand customers’ property needs

Contact property owners through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels

Introduce the company’s renovation, rental and property management packages

Explain suitable solutions based on the owner’s property condition and investment objectives

Arrange meetings, property discussions and follow-ups with potential customers

Prepare quotations or proposals and assist customers throughout the sales process

Convert interested leads into confirmed sales

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales progress

Work closely with the operations and renovation teams to ensure smooth customer handover

Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
