Minimum 2–3 years of kitchen experience in a professional environment.

Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

Experience in fine dining or structured kitchens is an advantage.

Strong willingness to learn and improve continuously.

Good discipline, teamwork, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.

Passion for culinary growth and professionalism.

Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and night shifts, depending on operational needs.

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, chopping, portioning, and storing food in a timely and efficient manner

Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines

Ensure all items are prepped and ready before service

Replenish service lines and restock workstations as needed

Prepare and organize workstations for the next shift

Monitor inventory and stock levels and inform supervisors when supplies are low

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen work areas

Wash and sanitize kitchen surfaces, utensils, knives, and equipment

Clean floors, walls, and cooking stations regularly

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
