Full Time ASSOCIATE, SALES Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Allnet Technique Johor - Maukerja

• Create and publish promotional videos per week on social media platforms to promote company products and services.
• Promote products and services to potential and existing customers through online and offline channels.
• Identify, approach, and develop new potential customers and business opportunities.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other relevant sales documents.
• Follow up on quotations, sales enquiries, and potential leads to convert them into sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to encourage repeat purchases and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth sales transactions.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments regarding customer orders, stock availability, delivery schedules, and other customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer information, sales activities, and follow-up status.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the management.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints and enquiries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Participate in sales and marketing campaigns, promotional activities, roadshows, exhibitions, or events when required.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional ideas to increase brand awareness and sales performance.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
