This is an opportunity to support national sports and community programmes while gaining experience in government administration, programme coordination and contract-related operations.

Nearest MRT: Stadium
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am–6:30pm
Salary: $2,760/month
Contract: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support programme creation and administration.
• Track programme codes and verify instructor certifications under NROC and NREP.
• Review and endorse programme submissions for Learn-To-Play programmes.
• Process instructor payments based on approved payment matrices.
• Manage a shared mailbox and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge management records.
• Consolidate monthly attendance submissions from various sports centres.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Key Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant finance and administrative experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Some experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Able to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of government procurement policies and GeBIZ will be an advantage.
