Full Time Sales Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Esplanad Holiday Sdn. Bhd. WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Candidates with sales experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality or customer service industry, are encouraged to apply.

Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.

Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.

Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, sales-driven and target-oriented.

Willing to work during travel fairs, roadshows and company events when required.

Working hours & days: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm , Saturday 9:30am to 1:30pm (5.5 Day)

Attend to walk-in, WhatsApp, Messenger and online customer enquiries professionally.

Recommend suitable travel packages based on customers' travel preferences and budget.

Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Prepare, bookings, invoices and other related sales documentation.

Participate in travel fairs, roadshows and promotional events to promote and sell travel packages.

Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
