Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field is preferred.

Experience in telesales, inside sales, business development, customer service or a related field is an advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and sales potential are encouraged to apply.

Confident and comfortable communicating with customers and business owners over the phone.

Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion and customer relationship management skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven and disciplined in managing customer follow-ups.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.

Willing to learn about SME financing products, client profiling and business development.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

No prior SME financing experience is required, as training will be provided.

Engage potential SME clients through outbound calls, existing leads, customer enquiries and referrals.

Introduce PAM BIZ’s SME financing advisory services and identify prospective clients’ financing requirements.

Communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers to identify and qualify business opportunities.

Arrange appointments and refer qualified prospects to the business development and financing consultancy teams.

Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to develop sales opportunities.

Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and referral partners.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover, follow-up and processing of qualified client cases.

Maintain accurate records of customer information, call activities, appointments and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Achieve assigned monthly call activity, lead generation, appointment and sales targets.
