Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Performance: Drive daily/monthly sales KPIs, monitor store targets, and motivate staff to maximize conversion rates.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and lead a high-performing retail team (Full-Time & Part-Time staff).
• Store Operations: Manage stockroom inventory, conduct regular stock takes, minimize shrinkage/loss, and maintain store opening/closing compliance.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure visual display standards align strictly with brand guidelines to keep the store attractive and fast-moving.
• Customer Service: Lead by example on the sales floor, handling customer inquiries and maintaining top service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail store management, supervisory roles, or fast-fashion/jewelry retail.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-driven with basic understanding of retail inventory and POS operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
