Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the advertising or marketing services industry.

Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies, including market research, campaign planning, and performance analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy and engage with diverse audiences.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Experience with marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.

A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with the Malaysian market and cultural nuances is a plus.

Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product/service enhancement and market penetration.

Support the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, presentations, and brochures, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, design) and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely delivery of marketing materials.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using relevant KPIs and metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team to optimize future strategies.

Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, engaging with the audience, responding to inquiries, and fostering a strong online community.

Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistical planning, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up.
