Responsibilities
To ensure that the Company's daily operations run smoothly. The role involves coordinating, managing processes, monitoring performance and support management in achieving business objectives.
- Oversee and coordinate daily business operations
- Ensure smooth workflow between departments
- Monitor operational activities and resolve day-to-day issues
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Monitor stock levels and inventory movements
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Arrange delivery scheduels and transportation costs
- Resolve delivery discrepancies and customer complaints
- Coordinate with customer on servicing matters etc
