Join our Presales team to help banks, multifinance companies and other financial institutions in Indonesia turn business challenges into practical technology solutions.

Your Mission

Understand what clients need, shape solutions that fit and bring them to life through compelling presentations, demonstrations and AI-assisted prototypes.

Working closely with our Sales, Product and Delivery teams, you will connect technology to business value, contribute to winning proposals and ensure a smooth handover from sales to implementation.

What You Will Do

1. Discover Client Needs

• Lead discussions and workshops to understand business processes, pain points and priorities across lending and credit management.

2. Shape Practical Solutions

• Map client requirements to JurisTech's standard capabilities and configurable features.
• Identify gaps with Product and Technical teams, ensuring proposed customisations are focused and justified.

3. Build Compelling Demos and POCs

• Configure workflows, business rules and customer journeys for demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate preparation and prototyping, and validate outputs before presenting them to clients.

4. Present Business Value

• Explain solutions clearly to both business and technical audiences.
• Connect product capabilities to business outcomes, such as faster credit decisions, improved efficiency and more effective collections.

5. Prepare Proposals and RFP Responses

• Develop clear and accurate responses and solution presentations with relevant teams.
• Define assumptions, dependencies and exclusions to ensure realistic commitments.

6. Support Scope and Handover

• Prepare the initial scope of work with Delivery and Technical teams.
• Document agreed requirements and commitments, and brief the Delivery team for implementation.

7. Collaborate and Build Reusable Assets

• Work with Sales on opportunity strategy and share client and market feedback.
• Develop reusable demos, use cases and proposal materials with Product and Marketing teams.

What You Bring

• Relevant Experience: Typically 3–5 years in software presales, solution consulting, business analysis or implementation consulting. Banking or financial services professionals with strong solutioning and presentation skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Client Communication: Confidence in leading discussions, presenting ideas and simplifying complex concepts for different audiences.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and working English for client engagement and collaboration with regional colleagues.
• Logical Thinking and Curiosity: Ability to understand business workflows, solve problems and learn new products and tools.
• Ownership and Teamwork: Ability to manage priorities, work independently and collaborate effectively across Sales, Product and Delivery teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to client sites, industry events and company headquarters as required.

Added Advantages

• Familiarity with AI-assisted ways of working, including vibe coding and prototyping using tools such as Claude Cowork, with the ability to refine and validate AI-generated outputs.
• Basic SQL knowledge for working with data and supporting demo preparation.
• Experience with Indonesian banks, multifinance companies or fintech lenders, or knowledge of loan origination, credit assessment, loan management, collections or recovery.
• Experience configuring business applications, building POCs or responding to RFPs and RFIs.
